"So far so good. I just used this medium suitcase for a 3 week trip to Italy and I had plenty of space. The underseat duffle fit nicely on the top of this. I have used the duffel with the 22” carryon and it tends to slip all over. I debated on whether to get this medium, which is less expensive, than the medium baseline with the garment hanger. I’m glad I went with this as I don’t find the garment hanger on my carryon to be of much use. And this medium was a better price!"

"I don’t know how the Briggs & Riley designers manage to create such efficiency and functionality in a piece of luggage, but they certainly do it, and do it well. I already had the carry-on in this style and wanted the check-in bag for my current multi-month visit away from home. The bag works perfectly. Its expanded size is amazing. "Finally after 30 years of wear and tear on my Tumi suitcase, I replaced it with the Briggs ZDX Medium Expandable Spinner. I went with the Briggs over the Tumi because I liked the fact that it was a little simpler. The Tumi had too many extras I wasn't going to use. I've learned to used cubes over the past few years which work well for packing this suitcase. My only complaint is if you need to carry it up or down steps (I do because I live on a hill), it is a bit awkward because the wheels get in the way. Otherwise very happy with the purchase."
